I've only been smoking for about a year now and I'm thinking about quitting. Considering the patch or gum...nicorette. I've already developed a regular cough and can't run a mile to save my life anymore, plus my clothes stink and I go through about a bottle of Fabreeze per week...of course that wouldn't make any difference because my roommates smoke inside the house.
