Honestly, I'd rather keep it more simple with regard to the UDFAs. Chiefs UDFAs plus 3 of your choice from other rosters is fine by me. We usually have enough roster turnover to support 3 in your scenario anyhow so why complicate the process.
As for the PS/IR, I'm fine with what you have there. Rookie or on IR/PUP at final cuts.
