They took Deone Walker at NT as well, who is kind of boom or bust, but that boom has serious potential.
I didn't love Landon Jackson, but he's a quicker version of Epenesa, and that will play. Getting him in the 3rd was a good value.
The DBs they took are all really good, and that's where they needed the most help.
Hairston had 5 INTs in 2023. He got injured halfway through 2024, so his production obviously took a major hit. With 4.28 speed, they absolutely drafted him to stick with a guy like Worthy. I didn't like him for us with how physical we like our CBs and how much we rely on them to tackle in space but that doesn't mean he's not an excellent player who can make you pay for your mistakes.
Hancock is one of the best NBs in the draft. He was everywhere for Ohio State.
Strong is a high-quality, physical CB who had 5 picks over the past 2 seasons.
I honestly don't understand what "more weapons" Josh Allen needs. They added Joshua Palmer and Laviska Shenault at WR in the offseason. Palmer is a really good WR who is likely to pop getting out of LA.
They have a great 1-2 with Knox and Kincaid, and added Hawes as a #3 in the draft. They have a great 3-deep RB. They didn't need weapons.
They needed DL and DB and attacked it.

Yeah their draft was entirely dependent on what their failures were vs us. They watched Hollywood and Worthy destroy them in the slot so they got Hairston.
They watched their DL struggle against our poor LT and LG so they got Sanders and Jackson.
They had a good draft. Sanders was one of my favorite DT’s and I like Hairston/Jackson. The one pick I didn’t like for them was Walker. He’s a “potential” guy, which is fine in rd 4, but he was really disappointing and needs a ton of work.
Ty Robinson was a way better option to me. That guy reminded me of Brandon Fiske. Even diet Fiske would have been amazing value there, which of course ****ing Howie capitalized on like smart GM’s do.
Speaking of weapons, the Bills have Elijah Moore in today for a visit. Not sure how that guy is still available.
