I'd be willing to allow us to swap out 2 UDFAs from other teams for UDFAs from the Chiefs. I think if you allow too many, you can swap out too many of the best UDFA prospects for the ones that are completely unlikely to have a shot at anything outside of just camp fodder.
One thing I was thinking about in a similar light is the roster. It would be so nice to be able to have a small practice squad, say up to 5, maybe with the caveat that the players have to be a 7th-round pick or UDFA.
