Dude's a choad. He's an entitled prick, and nobody wanted his attitude and to deal with his dad second guessing them and sticking his nose in their team's business.
It's that simple.
It's not racism-Cam Ward went #1. Nobody's buying that. Sanders is a me-first, take no responsibility asshole-and his dad was like that too. I couldn't stand him as a player.
