Brandon George might be the guy that they look at as a Sam if they can't get Chenal re-signed.
Bassa is very much a Tranquill sort but George has the mass/strength to be a legit Sam. Not the sort of animal that Chenal is, but he's sort of a 1 of 1. Pretty unique in how he can be used.
You can have a decent Sam who isn't also capable of playing nose tackle like that freak of nature.
