Would you like to provide your own special insight as to how it makes sense for a seasoned survivor like Joel to just blurt out his name and where he's from within 10 seconds of meeting armed strangers? Joel was most concerned with his community burning to the ground and potentially losing friends/family.
Would you like to explain how it makes sense to you that Abby would leave the only two witnesses to Joel's murder alive, especially one that is CLEARLY close to the person she was just beating to death, and she's swearing to kill her? It was stated multiple times that their group does not kill. They were making an exception for Abby/Joel. You could see the others not being happy with even Joel dying, but Abby was the alpha
Would you care to explain how it makes sense to you that after Ellie kills her way to her next confrontation with Abby, CLEARLY making good on her threats to try to kill her, that after beating her down and having her defenseless, she AGAIN simply walks off leaving the door open for more of her group to die when she attempts to kill her again? The realization that continuing to revenge kill will keep the merry go round she's on perpetual, leading to more friends/family dying
Would you care to explain how it made sense to you that after slaughtering countless mooks, friends to Abby, pets, and a pregnant woman, that only if she murders Abby, will Ellie become just like her? that's what it took for her to realize it?
The whole ****ing revenge story for Ellie was the equivalent of jerking off and then refusing to finish. The least they could have done was give the player the option to kill or spare Abby. Wont argue with this, though it didnt bother me as much as it does you apparently.
Instead, the whole thing was a giant waste of time and Ellie looks like a giant ****ing dumbass after surrendering her life with Dina to finish this **** once and for all, and in the end she just decides nah I'm good. Again, realization that it was never going to end if she killed her
You slaughtered half of Seattle, kid. One more ain't gonna move the needle.
There was 0 issue with Ellie being gay, except for the idiotic way that it is crammed down the players throats. Hey Joel and Tommy are missing. Wanna get high and scissor? Oh sure why not!
Like, we get it. She's gay. We don't need to be tapped on the shoulder and reminded every ten minutes. Just like we didn't need Manny to try to put a post apocalyptic trademark on the word pendejo for us to remember he's Mexican. This bothers you. I get it. While it's not my cup of tea, it was much more of a minor thing to me than it was to you

I'm taking the time to respond, though I know it's not going to change your mind on anything........and that's ok. Like I said, different strokes......
