Now....to catch you up for today...
Not much changed on my normal routine save for the fact that my time length for everything has moved from 10 minutes to 12 minutes on the Treadmill and all 3 bike exercises,
3 things has been dropped from the routine....the 30 arm bends with the 7.5 lb weights, and both of the resistance band exercises...he said I don't need that as part of the routine anymore. He wants the routine to focus on leg strength and cardio routines to make sure I can pass the one test I didn't pass. It's the only one I will be tested on again when I am tested in 4 weeks. The rest of the items will not be graded since I passed them all on the first try.....I still have to do them as part of the test, but don't have to be graded.
