Massive nostalgia kick and the updated graphics are fantastic.

Minor complaints.

I can't see what item I'm on in the inventory, as the display is so bright. Funny enough there's a message when adjusting brightness that it will have no effect on the UI. So I'm stuck bringing up the description tab that shows me the actual picture of the item I'm on.

Next off is a first person camera glitch that happens that places the camera so high that you tower over everyone, and clip through the tops of doorways. The fix for this is to go into third person view, save, and reboot the game. Load the third person save file (don't press continue) and then change back to first person. It's annoying but at least it's not stuck that way.

It's hilarious that the devs removed one of the ways to easily kill Umbra at level one for the full ebony set and Umbra sword. You used to be able to hop on a table, and up onto a pillar if your acrobatics was around 20. Then you could just destroy her with ranged attacks as she couldn't reach you.

In the remaster, the pillars are no longer solid objects lmao. So instead, you just bitch slap Umbra, and lead her out of Vindasel, and into the imperial city. Keep her focused on you, focusing on either dodging, or blocking her. The imperial legion guards will swarm in and destroy her for you, and as long as you maintain aggro, she won't wipe the floor with the guards and kill half the npcs. Holding her attention so the archers just shoot her in the back works quite well.

Best part is all the free legion armor and weapons from any guards she kills. More free money.

Weightless op sword and a good amount of gold for selling her heavy gear at level one is a great start. Currently smashing through the arena ranks for more gold, and probably starting dark brotherhood after.

I'm not sure it's worth 50 bucks, but it's got its claws into me for sure.
