When you go “draft and develop” like we have an are successful in terms of winning games…it gets tough.
They’re in the “look for value and draft well” phase where shit just doesn’t work out sometimes
I’m a little more worried about the fact that the qb seemed to have a mental breakdown the past 2 seasons at times and forget how to handle a pocket but that’s another story
