Either way, I'm just loving the idea of a pineapple marinade on chicken... its legit pissing me off that I've never thought to try it, a 24 hour pineapple marinade would make those things crazy moist and tender
Pineapple will be my new base marinade of choice for chicken, fish, and pork this summer

I tried to do this, I overcooked it...
I don't want to talk about why some people are so scared of poultry and want to overcooked and will always add time to make sure it's not raw.
Not a good offering. Next time I'll offer PB&Js to people afraid of chicken!
