So with WWE buying AAA, which is wild BTW, gotta think they’re gonna go after a Japanese promotion now…the rumor is NOAH but the big brain / conspiracy part of me goes back to The Rock wearing that New Japan shirt in that Instagram post and it has my mind working….could it have been a coincidence? Sure. I also know how he likes to do things or foreshadow, not a lot he does is on accident…
Now I have no clue whether New Japan would sell, what level of involvement the Yakuza still has, etc. but man if you wanna take a shot across the bow at AEW and get the most insane library of content ever, I can’t think of anything else…
