Sounds like good stuff. I made tuna steaks baked slowly in olive oil and then portobello mushrooms with broccoli Brussels sprouts cherry tomatoes and small potatoes. Avacado dip with sour cream and a couple lemons and garlic. Don’t care for avocado but it’s good for you so I try to find ways to incorporate it into the diet. Served all that on top of some basmati rice.
That was last Sunday for Passover.
Would have much preferred fresh caught walleye, northern pike and yellow perch with asparagus and morels like you mentioned but I can’t complain lol
