Can't say I agree with the lack of kick step and movement skills either. I think his hand placement, timing, and so on don't match up and create issues. Last year, there was a video assessment out there on him where whoever it was said he thinks this kid should spend a year or two at OG before eventually going to tackle because of those issues. He's too raw in that regard. It might turn out to be a pretty fair assessment.
Conerly and Suamatia are near exact matches physically and athletically, but you just see a lot better hand usage from Conerly, and it creates a pretty large disparity in overall talent.
