Pretty sure he means not signing up for Netflix just to watch one Christmas Day game, or Prime for one TNF game, or Peacock for one playoff game, or finding a stream if it's blacked our locally, etc.
I was trying to watch a freakin'
nationally televised hockey game last night and was blocked from it on TNT because it was simulcast on some random $20/month streaming platform for Colorado sports (while sitting in AZ
).... at a certain point it's like they're telling people to illegally stream and it's just not worth it.
