Seriously, though, look at this. It needs some updates, but I could live in a house like this, and it's for sale for $49 per square foot. Prices in my neighborhood in Denver are $400 to $500 per square foot.

Lots of curb appeal in the picture. Built in 1930. In Hutch the little Amish town of Yoder would be real close and handy.
Hutch isn't far from Wichita. You might not enjoy the wind though.
Prairie Dunes golf course used to always be rated in the top 20 nationwide, not sure if it is true anymore. Played it a few times.
$400 to $500 per sq ft is crazy.
