Why she's in the top 15: I adore Kristen Bell. She's like a guy friend, but in a smokin' hot petite body. I think we would laugh at the same jokes. And she has intelligent eyes. I like that in a woman, even without glasses.

Honorable mention: Farrah Fawcett. I know, I know. It's heresy that she's not in the top 15. But hear me out on this, She's so gorgeous that she almost is a trope or a meme. No real human could be that gorgeous, so she's hard to believe.
