One thing I will note about "modified" tits, there is a good chance there will be nerve damage to the nipples or sweat glands in general. I like to get her off, then she will come back for more...

, that the bigger the sweat glands are, the less sensitive they are. I had some large breasted girls ask " Why are you having so much fun with my breast?" HUH, well they are a blast to play with. Small tittied chicks, go out of their minds. Dunno. Too old to test my hypothisis.
My sister, small boobs, wanted to get an enlargement. I told her about the possible nerve damage, she didn't do it.
