Good on the plaza. I've heard of a few problems there over the last few years. Nothing that is too massive, but the moment people don't feel safe shopping, the moment that area dies. Smart for them to invest more into security.
That being said, I don't know the last time I was down there. I feel like I haven't really been there since I moved out of the city.
