Sometimes, inexplicably, you nail it. Mrs. GloryDayz added coleslaw to the menu (not my thing), but these St. Louis style ribs were easy and freaking perfect. And I mean EASY.. Mustard binder, gates Sweet and Mild with a hint of Gates regular (Mrs. GloryDayz isn't a spicy fan..), and from the ribs to the beans, I'm giddy with the results...
