OK, for a first try I'm going to give myself 9.5 out of 10.. I really wish we had had some low/no sodium beef broth, but alas we didn't. Next time I'll soak it in a water bath for a few hours and use a low/no sodium beef broth to get as much salt out of it as possible. But the flavor was awesome except for Mrs. GloryDayz and I not liking things that are salty. And while Mrs. GloryDayz isn't a fan of corned beef, she did say it was exceedingly OK... So I don't know if I'll ever make it again, but if I do I think I have a plan to get it to 10 out of 10...
