EDIT: Do the exercises until you can't take it, and try to use meclizine as little as possible, as using meclizine dulls the senses and doesnt help your vision/balance rehab as quickly.

My Father, 87 years old, takes Valium for his vertigo. He says it helps. Baffles me though.
