EDIT: Do the exercises until you can't take it, and try to use meclizine as little as possible, as using meclizine dulls the senses and doesnt help your vision/balance rehab as quickly.
Yeah I stopped taking meclizine when I got a Zofran script but I only use that when I'm really nauseous. Otherwise I'm just trying to power through it.
