I've battled vertigo off and on for about 8 years now. I wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy.
Vision therapy and balance therapy helps you get back to your baseline, for sure.
I've also read that taking vitamin D supplements can help keep vertigo from recurring.
godspeed......vertigo sucks big time.
EDIT: Do the exercises until you can't take it, and try to use meclizine as little as possible, as using meclizine dulls the senses and doesnt help your vision/balance rehab as quickly.
