Another picture you could paint is that this guy is an NFL athlete who has tremendous means at his disposal - and with powerful and influential backers - and incentive to minimize this incident. And a very easy way to do that might be to muddy the situation by having your lawyer slut shaming the female and introducing doubt from all angles.
I don’t pretend to know what’s right and what’s wrong. I’m happy he’s likely free from this and that I don’t need to have some moral issues supporting the guy. But we don’t need to be accusatory and make her the abuser. That’s just sad.
