So...on the follow up visit to my Cardiologist he seems to be pleased with the drop in my BP after the surgery.
I start Cardio Rehab next Thursday in the same building as my Cardiologist office. The first 4 weeks will be at the building and if all is going well then I can do the rest of my Rehab at home and have Zoom calls with the Rehab team to measure my progress.
For the next week I am supposed to do the treadmill at home for quarter mile at my regular pace. For now, no lifting greater than 15 lbs...and, of course, watch what I eat.
