We could absolutely have a worse roster next year, and a worse record, especially with the other FAs we may lose. BUT, we can also paint a more optimistic picture.
I don't like Cam Robinson, at all, but if we got him or Jaylon Moore, both will be an upgrade at LT. Yes, whoever we have at LG won't be Thuney, but there's still a reasonable chance our OL is overall better. If we move on from Taylor next year (who I also don't like, at all) we can also improve again there.
At WR we'll have Rice back, for at least part of the year, and hopefully a fully healthy Hollywood. That's an improvement, especially if Worthy continues to progress.
It seems highly likely we draft a RB in a stacked class that, again, should mean an improved RB room.
I also think it's likely we draft a DL prospect in a really good year for DTs. That, for me, was a glaring weakness, so there's another chance to improve in the trenches there.
I dunno, plenty that could still work out really well for us.
