Guys I think we are overreacting a tad here. With my own eyes I've seen TheGuardian at the George Brett karate kick a man's head clean off his torso. Afterwards he ripped off the cadaver's arms and used them as a back, sack and crackscratcher. He never saw jail time.
Xavier will be fine, just a lil slap on the wrist
