I’m confident there will be multiple solid tackles taken in the draft beyond just Campbell and Banks, it’s a matter of finding them. Whether they take someone in rd 1 or later in rds 2-3 it’s still a worthwhile investment even on top of Suamataia, even if KS develops they likely need additional competition and/or depth at both LT/RT.
I agree he didn’t really get a fair chance last year as a raw 21-year old rookie, but then why in the world did this coaching staff ever think it was okay to throw such a player into the starting mix at LT right out of the gate with no viable alternatives? They did him absolutely no favors last year.
