We don’t have that talent on the roster. Perine is decent on designed plays and screens and can sometimes break tackles. He doesn’t create like McKinnon or Williams did. He’s also not gonna make guys miss in the open field very often.

Andy put Mecole and Worthy in the flat a lot the last 2 years. Especially this year. Tells you everything you need to know.

Perine is old and wasn’t ever that fast. They need youth. They need speed. They need a guy who can make guys miss in the open field again.

Look at what McKinnon gave us in 2022. They need that again. Badly.
