Yeah the cop was kind to say don't taze the guy.
But then the vehicle wasted no time bouncing that guy like a traffic cone!
Did you guys see the Newport Pier chase ending and the cops shot that guy before he even got out of the car, it looks like. Dude stops his CRV and POP POP POP POP POP like 18 times rapidly. I guess dude murdered his GF and led them on a 40 mile chase. Not sure why he didn't do a Thelma and Louise off the pier tho.
