Try this sometime with shrimp:
Take your jumbo shrimp. Soak for 20 minutes in extra virgin olive oil and Franks Red Hot Sauce. Have a mixed dry rub of garlic powder, onion powder, little cumin, cinnamon, sugar, chili powder, paprika.
After the wet mix, coat them in the dry mix well then shake off excess. Put on metal skewers, about 4-5 max per skewer. Grill on high about 2-3 minutes max flipping until done.
Then use your habanero mango dip mixed with a small amount of yogurt.
