It's the number of fumbles and turnover worthy plays that actually resulted in a turnover as opposed to being an incomplete pass or a recovery by the fumbling team.
The Chiefs had like 24 turnover worthy plays and like 14 of them actually turned out positive for the Chiefs.
The Bills had 29. But the outcome for them was positive 83% of the time. 30% higher than the Chiefs and 35% higher than the league average.
That kind of statistical outlier goes beyond opportunity. It's at least partially dumb luck.
