I went in YouTube and there was a video that said to wake up and then drink a lot of warm water or coffee or tea and then jump off a couple sets of stairs over and over until it drops back into your stomach. I did it and I will be damned if it didn’t work! Now months later I can eat as fast as I want with no issues at all. Modern medicine has a lot to learn but if it doesn’t benefit them financially they don’t care about it. Hopefully this helps someone out there.

Mine was so bad it was up in my chest and affecting my breathing.. Had to be surgically corrected by pulling it back down and staples to hold it in place. Seems my esophagus is a bit too short and pulls my stomach up.
Watching your weight and diet is key to controlling these things.
