Saute onions in butter, then cook off your flour for a minute or two in there. Add your broth and bring to a light boil, then the spg and chiles, then take off heat and let sit for 5 mins. Stir in sour cream and then pour over the enchiladas. Top with a lot of cheese and bake at 350 for 25 mins, then broil if you so choose.
