The Bengals are 60M under the cap, with another potential 28M in cuts + about 8M rollover from this year + salary cap going up next year. They have a whopping 357k in dead money.

They can easily keep all 3 if they want plus dip into free agency.

They don't have a money problem, they have a penny-pinching problem.
