I agree with the point that insurance companies would absolutely use that information against you if it meant not paying out for an accident though... and those trackers have zero context to what's happening around you, like if you're driving 10mph over in broad daylight and no cars around you at all.... is that more dangerous than driving at the speed limit in the left lane of 101 in Phoenix?
