They lost their starting RB for a huge chunk of season. They had to use 3 different kickers because of injury BS. I think we'd all agree coaches that have had long term success are the best coaches in the league. Andy, John Harbaugh, Shanahan, Tomlin, LaFleur to name a few.
But whoever decides this seems to avoid the long-term established coaches, they never get it. It's always the coach who led some no-name or retread QB to the playoffs by the skin of their teeth that gets it. Deburg nailed it, it's probably gonna be the Vikings coach flipping the script with Sam Darnold. I don't like it, just like how I don't like the MVP Award aka "QB who had the best stats this year" award.
