It's a limited series, just 6 episodes, but Black Doves is really good.
I hadn't heard about it but it came up on my Netflix feed, so it's a British spy flick. There is some decent spycraft in there with some mad passionate violence (which I'm here for).
The writing is really tight. There are a couple
moments and characters, but it's tight. Nothing was obvious, and it was pretty aggressive in it's ambition. To the point at which it could have sucked pretty easily. But the acting and direction and probably editing, kept it moving.
Now, it's one that you have to pay attention to. This time of year, a lot of what I have on is mindless because I'm in the office so much, but this is not that.
I'd really recommend it.
