The entire system should be pro-player and enable players to maximize their earning potential. For decades the system was designed in a way that ****ed over players. I think the bigger issue is the transfer windows.

Coaches all the time back out of agreements to be coordinators to go to a bigger school or leave a HC job after 1-2 years.
Look at Arnett when he was the DC at Miss St., everything Bobby Petrino’s done, Todd Grantham, etc.
I have a larger issue with shit coaches getting paid absurd amounts for being bad at their job when they are fired.
