That's an 11 second clip. Find a heavy bag and throw 60 to 100 punches at it and when you're not throwing, bob and weave. Rest for 1 minute and then do it again. It takes a tremendous amount of stamina for someone in their prime to compete in a professional boxing match. Boxing has the highest training to competition ratio and i'm sure MMA isn't much different. That's why boxers typically train for 6-12 weeks for a 30-36 minute fight.

The one thing i was worried about was his stamina and when he came walking out i was like, oh no. He was moving like he was 68. Then during the match i thought the same thing. He looked like there were problems with his legs and Roy Jones just kept talking about "not liking it". The first round plus he was moving decently then after round 2 he was done. And that was with only 2 minute rounds. Using 14 oz gloves certainly didn't help either.
