Remember when I said that you drafted a lesser Alex Smith...and would soon start rationalizing that he just needs a better WR...or RB...more cap space or whatever.
You're entering that phase...and once you get those and your team is still mediocre...then the fans will start to turn on Nix. That next season's narrative.
Carr just needed weapons...they got Jacobs and Adams. All three are on a different team now.
