He needs a full reset. Start his offseason right now, he shouldn't put the pads on again for a game this year.
Then, if he gives a **** about his career, which I sadly worry about after seeing him show no concern for Mahomes on the ground, he will do WHATEVER it takes to improve. Work with Duke, Heck, IDC. But it should be his sole focus every day damn near all day; ironing out those really bad habits.
