Pretty much...they knew they were already cheating the cap so why not? It was fake championship or bust...
Definitely a direct correlation...Horseface was the QB that was knowingly skirting the cap...then goes on the become the GM of the team whose QB is caught doping on HGH to avoid a retirement injury.
He goes on to destroy the franchise with his ineptness...and is ultimately "relieved" of his position.
