You just quoted the evidence. The Donks got fined & docked draft picks. Plus, the fact that Al Davis went public with it exposing the Donks scandalous activities.
It isn't a case of me "wanting it to be the case" -- it is stark reality with overwhelming evidence to back it. Nice try with that one, but you FAIL.
Try naming any other team that added players to their roster (or as many as the Donks did) in the illegitimate manner the Donkeys did in 1996 -- 1998. You CAN'T.
As far as "what's reported" goes, do consider the reports of the Donkeys absurd excuses for violating the salary cap being such as "accounting errors" or "deferring payments to fund a new stadium" -- both of which are completely false and ridiculous and only idiots would accept it without question (like Donkeys fans who gobble up this nonsense like doo-doo eating dogs gobbling up freshly dropped feces).
