It's not apples, oranges, as both cases fall under the category of scandalous activities with the penalty of being barred from the HOF totally applicable in both cases.
All you're telling anyone is that it's OK for MLB to prosecute Rose for his scandalous activities, but the Three

(Bowlen, Elway, and Davis) be given a pass by the NFL because they were owner/players with the Donks.
If you can't see the hypocrisy in that, you're being blatantly blind & did you ever consider that MLB wasn't involved with Rose' activities, but the NFL
WAS involved with the activities of the Three

and they've been desperately trying to cover it up ever since?
And as I said, Bowlen has no merit to be in the HOF.
