"Grow and get better" Words to live by for every aspect of life. Reminds me of the guy who coached my daughter's basketball and softball teams. He would always be redundant and say "improve and get better". He's a super nice guy and the girls would always listen to him. When he couldn't be there for practice I'd stand in for him and those girls wouldn't listen to a word I said. So "grow and get better", "improve and get better" you can rest assured that if you're not working to get stronger or better you are just getting weaker and most likely worse at whatever it is you are doing.
