Donko fans HAVE to rationalize Nix's potential at this point...it's all they have this season.
Using math to show epically inept Nix has been....I saw this stat.
First downs per attempt (minimum 100) since 2007...for a QB playing his first 6 games with a team (FA/Rookies/Back-ups)
Nix ranks 564 out of 566....Yikes.
Out of all the QBs to attempt 100 passes....over almost 2 decades...Nix is third worst in 1st downs per attempt. Umm...I dont think that is fixable.
I'm now curious to see Pennix next year...he lead all college QBs in ADOT which was 4-5 yards more than Nix. Dude likes to air it out..
