But to address your question about a signature being rejected by PSA as non-authentic, since it is ebay, you can basically just file a return stating the item was not as described and they'll allow it. Ebay actually normally has an authenticity guarantee program for cards, but this one did not qualify as it wasn't a high enough dollar value sale to meet the minimum ($250 if I remember correctly).

Of course a ebay refund would be the last resort. I was just wondering if you were going to give JSA or BGS a try if PSA won't authenticate it. FWIW I'm not saying it is not authentic. I have just seen people get their own auto's in person and PSA wouldn't authenticate some.
