It’s basically just broken English in the movie. Real Jamaican patwah is a bit harder, but I think they made it more understandable for the audience. I’ve been hearing it almost my whole life, and I can understand it and speak it fairly well.
If you listen to a lot of dancehall music (which I doubt you do) you’ll get a better feel for it. To me it’s super hot.
